Within the Card-EV Team Net FENG Project we collaborate with our Partner - The Institute of Human Genetics, Polish Academy of Science (IHG PAS) in Poznań, Poland. 

IHG PAS is the leading center in Poland in the broad field of the research related to the human genetics, including molecular genetics, cytogenetics, epigenetics and many others. Additionally, Institute develops omic platforms dedicated for the genomic, transcriptomic and proteomic studies. The Institute’s mission is to couple fundamental genetic discovery with practical impact in disease detection and treatment. 

Research tasks assigned to IHG PAS within the Card-EV Project will be conducted in the Department of Molecular Pathology (DMP) by the team headed by Dr Natalia Rozwadowska, prof. IHG PAS 

DMP IHG PAN specializes in the transgenesis and genetic modifications of cells, including stem cells, for the purpose of basic research, as well as practical applications in the tissue regeneration. Importantly, they are also highly experienced in the advanced 3D tissue models and pre-clinical animal studies, including immunocompromised model of acute myocardial infarction, which will be utilized within the Card-EV Project.
